Unlimited Mailbox™ Receives Contract of
Award for TIPS/TAPS Government Purchasing Cooperative
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS/TAPS) has awarded CGS Unlimited Mailbox a contract to offer email archiving, backup, and disaster recovery solutions for its public/private schools and other government organization members across fourteen states. Based on the Competitively Bid Process, the TIPS/TAPS Contract of Award streamlines the procurement process for its members with pre-established pricing and purchase requirements.

— Computer Generated Solutions Inc. (CGS)
announces that its Unlimited Mailbox unit has
received a contract of award for Email Archiving, Backup,
and Disaster Recovery solutions from the Interlocal
Purchasing System (TIPS/TAPS). The government purchasing
cooperative program is available for use by all public and private
schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other
government entities in fourteen states. These organizations will
benefit from agreed upon pricing, terms and conditions, and other
purchasing requirements defined in the TIPS/TAPS
request-for-quotation and competitive bidding process.

Unlimited Mailbox offers TIPS/TAPS members an all-in-one solution
that adds important new email management capabilities to existing
email servers, enabling TIPS/TAPS members to remain vendor-neutral
as conditions or needs change. CGS offers both on-premise and

TIPS/TAPS, the Interlocal Purchasing System, is sponsored by the
Region VIII Education Service Center (ESC8) located at 2230 North
Edwards, Mt. Pleasant, Texas and is governed by the Region 8 ESC
Board of Directors. The Interlocal Purchasing System is available
for use by all public and private schools, colleges, universities,
cities, counties, and other government entities in the states of
Arkansas, Arizona, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New
Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and
Washington. TIPS/TAPS Awarded Vendors have submitted proposals under
the Competitively Bid Process and received a Contract of Award
through TIPS/TAPS. These Awarded Vendors have agreed to provide the
best pricing, terms and conditions available to TIPS/TAPS Members.
